Every program includes in-detail recommendations, infographics or explanation; grocery shopping recommendations and shopping list, access to the professional nutritional platform that includes food tracking tools, assessments, and more.

Every client is starting at a different point in their journey, and I will make individualized recommendations based on the client. For my one-on-one clients, we begin by working together for 2 months.
